Meghna is a Qualified Nutritonal Therapist from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. She has a degree in food and nutrition from India and then went on to do a Masters in Food Science & Technology from Australia. She is a member of the Bristish Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT).
Meghna has also undergone training in
Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Optimum
Nutrition in London.
She has a special interest in the holistic
approach to health and believes in prevention rather
than cure of the disease. She advises on how to correct
nutritional imbalances in the body by making changes
to the diet and lifestyle. The consultation process
involves the designing of a strategy for improving
the client's health via whole foods and nutrients.
She uses nutritional supplements, and will be working
with our homoeopath Emma
Lilwall who uses Bio
Resonance screening and diagnostic systems, to
complement her other work when necessary.
She is a firm believer in the saying
"We Are What We Eat!"
