Lindsay is trained in Advanced Fitness Instruction in the Gym & Fitness Classes. She is also a G P Referral Instructor & International Body Pump Instructor teaching for nearly 15 years.

Lindsay has been a practicing Sports & Remedial Therapist for 10 years running her own clinic and with her teaching degree, lecturing until recently at Newbury College. Lindsay has joined the Therapy Team at the Fairbourne Clinic where her therapies will complement those already existing, giving clients a wide range of treatment choice.
